我看档案保护的管理策略与技术方法

笔者认为造成档案信息损失的主要途径是：信息符号与信息载体的损坏，获取与解释信息符号的工具不再存在。围绕这一思想，总结、归纳并评述了已有的档案保护的技术措施，并指出了执行这类措施存在的非技术层面的问题。为了保证档案保护技术措施的实施与达到预期目的，笔者提出了相应的管理策略，即“有效保护，合理利用”、“主次有别，优先重点”、“健全制度，加强管理’’及“以防为主，防治结合”。

A Brief Analysis on Management Strategies and Techniques of Archives Preservation

The author describes that the mainly reasons for the loss of archives information include the degradation of information symbols and materials which in a certain degree impede the process of information obtainment and interpretation. Around this thought, the author makes a review and conclusion on existing techniques of archives preservation, and points out the nontechnical problems during the execution of those kinds of measures. In order to carry archives preservation techniques into practice and reach the anticipated objective, the author finally put forward the corresponding management strategies, that is, effective protection and proper utilization; assigning priority between primary and secondary; system and management development; giving priority to prevention while combing it with cure together.
