清代官员行政处分制度

清朝是中国历史上最后的一个封建王朝,也是各项制度的一个完善时期。这种成熟尤其体现在官制方面,形成了一整套完善的制度,诸如官员的考核、选拔、退休、奖励、处分制度等等。其中处分制度作为管理官员的一个重要环节,在这一时期无论是在法规的建制方面还是制度的运用方面,都获得了进一步的发展完善,本文对此试做一分析论述。
