加强函授站管理 规范函授办学行为

高校函授站作为从事成人学历培训和继续教育的管理机构，承担着成人高等函授教育的宣传发动、教学运行、学籍管理等各项任务。在新的形势下，成人教育尤其是函授教育面临着极大的挑战，落后的教学模式、教育理念、管理体制，陈旧的教学方法，阻碍着函授教育的开展，致使函授教育在整个教育体系中发展滞后。积极探索函授教育发展的新模式，充分发挥函授教育的效能，使之融入到终身教育的体系之中，这是函授工作走出困境的必由之路。

Strengthening the Management of Correspondence Station and Standardizing Correspondence Teaching Work

The correspondence station in a university is a management department of adult training for the records of formal schooling and continuous education. Its tasks include new students enrollment, arrangement of teaching work and the management of students＇ membership. Under the new situation, adult education especially correspondence education meet with great challenges. It is hindered by the backward teaching mode, educational concept, management systems and old teaching methods, thus it cannot keep the paces with the development of our country＇ s educational system. The only way out is to probe into new mode, bring its efficacy into full play and combine it into the whole - life education.
