| 摘 要： | 早期《申报》是西方法文化输入中国的重要渠道,特别是在传播西方诉讼法文化方面起到了重要作用,它主张改革审判方式,禁止刑讯,倡导公开审判,反对超期羁押,还主张引进律师辩护制度,对清末的法制变革起到了思想启蒙的作用。

| Abstract: | Early Shen Bao was an important channel for introducing western law culture into China,played an important role especially in the spread of western lawsuit culture.It maintained reforming trial way,prohibiting torture,proposing public trial,opposing extended custody,and advocating the introduction of counsel defending system,which played a role of thought enlightenment in the legal reformation of Late Qing Dynasty. |
