| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆要实现可持续发展，科学、合理、有效的运作模式是必不可少的，文章就图书馆基金会宣传图书馆事业文化的公益宗旨，凝聚和整合新时期有志于文化公益事业的社会力量的主要任务和职责，针对欠发达地区县级公共图书馆支撑自身实现可持续发展的运作模式，促进公共图书馆事业的繁荣发展提出了探讨性意见。

| Abstract: | The scientifie, rational and effective operation mode is essential for the sustainable development of public library. This paper, based on the purpose of the library foundation in public library to develop library culture, discusses the main tasks and responsibilities of the social forces that undertake cultural public warfare in new era and makes suggestions of promoting the sustainable development of county public library in developing regions. |
