摘    要:目的/意义]从协同学研究视角揭示和证明三螺旋知识耦合系统作为学科交叉测度工具的科学性和可行性。方法/过程]以医学主题词表中"疾病(C)""精神病学和心理学(F)"和"现象和过程(G)"三个类别分支为入口,选取乳腺肿瘤(Breast Neoplasms)、焦虑抑郁(Depressive Disorder and Anxiety Disorders)和免疫(Immunity)作为实证案例,运用数理统计方法描述和呈现由主题指纹所映射的知识空间的演化特征,运用互信息理论和方法量化和验证三螺旋知识耦合系统的协同性特征。结果/结论]三螺旋知识耦合系统的子系统双边互信息均大于零,三边互信息均为正值,三元子系统呈现"右螺旋"的知识结构演化状态,验证了三螺旋知识耦合系统具有协同性特征。

Research on Synergy of Triple Helix Knowledge Coupling System Based on Mutual Information
Abstract:Purpose/significance]From the perspective of synergy,this paper reveals and proves that the triple helix knowledge coupling system is scientific and feasible as a tool of interdisciplinary measurement.Method/process]This paper chooses three cases which are breast neoplasms,depressive disorder and anxiety disorders,immunity from the three categories of"Disease(C)","Psychiatry and Psychology(F)"and"Phenomenon and Process(G)"in the Medical Subject Headings,aiming to describe and present the evolutionary characteristics of the knowledge space mapped by the subject fingerprints using mathematical statistics methods.While the mutual information theory and method are used to quantify and verify synergistic characteristics of the triple helix knowledge coupling system.Result/conclusion]The bilateral and trilateral mutual information of the subsystem in the triple helix knowledge coupling system are both positive,and the ternary subsystem presents the evolution state of the knowledge structure of"right spiral",which verifies the synergistic characteristics of the triple helix knowledge coupling system.
