| Abstract: | As a compulsory course, the foundation course of law science is so important that it is not easily substitutable with teachings of other courses. It should be a separate course from general politics course and course of ethic and moral education. The goal of teaching the foundation course of law science is to train students to think in imperturbable and rational ways. Its essence indicates that foundation course of law science is also in the category. Correspondingly, the instructional content and instructional resorts of the foundation course of law science should serve this. |
