摘    要:中国公关业增长迅速,市场竞争日趋激烈,新热点不断涌现,但外部环境及本地公关公司自身的差距等原因,致使中国公关行业依然落后.为确保中国公共关系行业稳定持续发展,现阶段我们要克服传统文化心态对公关发展的阻碍,继续在全民中普及公关知识,整合本地公关公司资源,建立完善的公关职业培训体系,重点培养高级公关人才,积极发挥公关协会的作用,加强业内交流.

Abstract:The Chinese public relation industry is rapidly growing,the market competition is increasingly tense,new hot spots are cropping up one after another. Differences between exterior environment and a native public relation company and other factors cause the Chinese public relation industry to fall far behind. To ensure an stable and sustainable development,what we have to do at this stage is to remove obstacles posed by traditional culture to the industry,popularize knowledge on public relation nationwide,integrate resources of native public relation companies,narrow differences between our companies and the international businesses,set up a consummate system for public relation professional training,concentrate on cultivating senior public relation personnel,bring associations of public relation into an active play and strengthen exchanges within the industry.
