摘    要:用时域有限差分(FDTD)法分析窄边单脊波导的传输特性,获得了脊位置、脊宽及脊高变化时的主模截止波长和单模带宽.与传统单脊波导比较,窄边单脊波导的主模截止波长及单模带宽总体减小.

Abstract:In the study,the variable regularity of cutoff wavelength and bandwidth of the dominant mode are obtained when the position,width and height of the ridge are changed by applying the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method to the analysis of the transfer characteristics of single-ridge waveguide with the ridge on the short side.The data can be used as a reference for their engineering application.Compared with conventional single-ridge waveguide,it shrinks in cutoff wavelength and singe-mode bandwidth.
