社会适应与权益保护--关于对和谐社会中青少年健康成长的辨证思考

从分析青少年社会适应能力提升和青少年权益保护的内在关系入手,指出提升青少年群体的社会适应能力,应以维护青少年群体生存发展的权益为保障。由于传统理念和思维定势的作用,我们正在不知不觉中侵犯青少年群体生存与发展的权益。笔者引用大量的实证资料和调查数据,揭示了当前对青少年权益的间接和直接侵犯的事实和后果,以及这些后果对和谐社会建设已经和将要造成的不利影响,并从教育社会学的角度对改变这一状况提出了建议和对策。

Social Adaptability and Right Protection--A Dialectical Consideration of Harmonious Society and Youngsters Development

In discussing the relationship between promoting youngsters' social adaptability and enhancing their benefit rights,this paper points out that young people's adaptability is built upon their right protection.Due to conventions and stereotypes,young people's rights are unconsciously violated in daily activities.Base on qualitative research,the author illustrates evidence of direct and indirect right violation and its results,which in the lone run will bring negative effect to the building of harmonious society.Suggestions and strategies are offered from the respects of education and sociology.
