| 摘 要： | 本文主要探讨在开放教育模式中，如何建立起以学生为学习中心，通过现代远程教育技术运用多媒体进行学习的新模式。本文结合法学专业(专升本)的教学实践，从如何实现个别化学习，开展学习小组讨论，参加社会实践等方面来探讨在人才培养模式改革中怎样实现对学生能力的培养。
