| 摘 要： | 对于市场结构与市场绩效的关系问题,理论界存在两个较为权威的假说,即共谋假说和效率结构假说。将通过对我国财产保险和人身保险业市场结构与市场绩效的实证分析来验证这两个假说对保险产业的适用性。

| Abstract: | In theoretical circle,there are two authorized hypotheses as far as the relationship between market structure and performance is concerned,saying Conspired Hypothesis and Efficiency-Structure Hypothesis.In this paper,the adaptability of the two hypotheses to insurance industry is tested through the empirical analysis of property & liability insurance and life insurance. |
