| 摘 要： | 从事创新性的教育必须有一批具备创新素质的教师。教师的创新素质可以分解为创新精神结构、创新知识结构、创新的能力结构三个方面。要培养教师的创新素质，高校必须在环境建设、队伍建设、课程建设等方面形成新的运作机制。
