| 摘 要： | 通过对新疆固定资产投资在建项目的抽样调查结果的分析,可以得出土地政策和银行加息对单位当前投资决策影响较大、未来一到两年被调查企业投资欲望较强等结论,并有针对性的提出了促进新疆固定资产平稳增长的建议。
