| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一个采用公式进行电量电费计算,基于C/S模式的电力收费管理信息系统的设计和实现。该系统能快速准确地计算各种复杂用电客户的电量电费,在实际应用中收到了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
