| 摘 要： | 新形势下,科学构建高职院校思想道德建设内容体系,必须符合全面完整、稳定一致、主次恰当、分段安排、循序渐进、符合实际等基本要求,充分体现高职院校的特点;在横向结构上,以政治思想教育为方向、以道德法纪教育为基础、以个性心理教育为条件、突出劳动实践教育,形成"四要素"完整框架体系;在纵向结构上,将"四要素"有规律有主题有重点地落实到各个学习阶段,形成"三学年"有序层次体系.
