从周期训练理论演化看运动训练学的发展

对马氏周期训练理论的质疑,不应该停留在片面的以高水平运动员的训练来反映整个运动训练过程,毕竟运动训练的过程还包含青少年阶段的训练。笔者剖析认为：不可以片断训练过程来取代整体过程,必须从运动训练的整体来思考和分析运动训练的问题。针对马氏周期理论探讨了我国运动训练学学科研究的发展趋向,指出了我国训练学研究的两个流派将长期并存。
