对职业院校实行弹性学制的思考

随着社会主义市场经济的逐步确立和职业教育改革的深入发展,职业教育的学制变革已成为令人瞩目的课题。职业院校实行弹性学制不仅有客观依据,而且有多方面的优越性。实行弹性学制,应从以下几方面着手:颁布实施方案,建立健全管理制度;修订教学计划,构建模块式课程教学体系;推行学分制与证书制相结合的教学管理制度;严格过程管理;加强考核管理工作。
