摘    要:运用体育哲学的原理从认识论角度对个体终身锻炼进行了理论上的探讨.微观分析了终身锻炼的4个基本属性、5种锻炼状态及其特征、造成锻炼中断的7条原因以及保持终身锻炼的4项个体条件.旨在为人们正确把握终身锻炼的实质内涵提供帮助,使每个公民都积极参与体育锻炼,更好地落实全民健身计划.

Abstract:By using the philosophy of P.E.(Physical Education).We theoretically probe into the individual permanent training in the view of epistemology, and make a micro analysis of 4 basic attributes of permanent training, 5 kinds of states and features, 7 causes that desist training, and 4 individual conditions which keep on the permanent training. We aim at helping people to grasp the essence of permanent training, making people devote themselves to the physical training and realize the all people health plan.
