| 摘 要： | 根据电磁场动量定理和电磁场张力张量。分析讨论了电场表面张力、磁场表面张力和电磁场力。结果表明，电磁场表面张力一般来说表现为拉力和推力。

| Abstract: | Electric field surface tension and magnetic surface tension as well as electromagneticforce are analyzed and discussed in terms of electromagnetic momentum theorem and electromagnetic tensor.Results indicate that electromagnetic force can be described by pulling force and pushlng force. |
