School-based Training Method for Improving Class Instruction

The article begins to discuss the conception and methods of instruction design on class and studies the school-based training model for teachers on class instruction design, and provides debates separately on the tasks and implementation steps of the school-based training model which keeps three different phrases as know-first, practice-probe, and summarize-rethink in one general process, in order to improve the design ability of teachers for class instruction, and by which we can facilitate the teacher specialization and the new curriculum reform.
