高校测试中心开放和服务管理中的几点体会

介绍该校测试中心在做好为本校的学科建设、教学和科研服务的前提下，积极开展对外分析测试服务、实现大型分析测试仪器设备资源共享，为当地的科技发展和经济建设作贡献的一些具体做法和体会。同时，对高校分析测试中心专业技术队伍的训练和培养、提高分析测试服务质量、保持测试中心自身的稳定和发展等问题，提出一些思路和见解。

Some Understanding in the Management of Opening and Serving for the Analysis and Test Laboratory of University

Some experiences and understandings in the management of opening and serving for the laboratory where the authors are working were introduced. As the first task of the university laboratory, it is to offer high quality service to the teaching and science research of the university itself. In addition, the laboratory takes vigorous action to offer analysis and test service to the outside society, achieve resource- sharing of large- scale instruments, and make more contribution to the developing of science and technology, as well as economic construction of the locality. At the same time, some thinking and opinion in how to strengthen the training of technical term, improve the quality of analysis and test service, and keep the stability and developing of the university laboratory itself were put forwarded.
