| 摘 要： | 经济外部性理论是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的理论出发点之一。从正反两方面分析高校图书馆的经济外部性影响,对通过外部性矫正开展资源节约型、环境友好型高校图书馆的建设进行了探讨。
