| 摘 要： | 重复保险法律规范核心是保险事故发生时,被保险人的损失得到有效赔偿,各保险人之间公平分担保险责任。重复保险的界定、构成要件和重复保险人责任分配方式的选择对保护被保险人利益和实现保险人之间责任公平具有重要意义。
