| 摘 要： | 文章基于我国1991-2009年间的国内生产总值和社会保障支出数据,运用协整理论估算了我国财政社会保障支出对经济增长的影响。结果表明:从长期看,教育支出对于经济增长具有显著的促进作用。财政社会保障支出每增长1%,国内生产总值增长0.376%。从短期来看,财政社会保障支出每增长1%,国内生产总值增长0.44%。

| Abstract: | The paper uses the co-integration theory to estimate the effects of fiscal social security expenditure on economic growth based on the GDP and social security spending data in the period of 1991-2009.The results show that the effects of fiscal expenditure on the economic growth are statistically significant in the long run.When the fiscal expenditure on social security increases every 1 percentage by itself,GDP increases 0.376 percentage.In a short-term period,the fiscal expenditure on social security increases 1 percentage will affect 0.44 percentage of GDP. |
