| 摘 要： | 对二例虎纹蛙(Rana tigrina rugulosa)肢体超常再生和畸变进行报道和研究。虎纹蛙肢体超常再生和畸变现象的原因可能是变态发育过程中外界创伤的刺激导致组织增生和超常肢体的出现,也可能因农药的使用和“三废”导致环境污染引起变异的发生和超常肢体的出现。

| Abstract: | The limbs extra regeneration and malformation of two Rana tigrina rugulosa is reported and studied in this paper.The reasons of the limbs extra regeneration and malformation probably are as follws. The exterior trauma during metamorpho-sis stimulates the growth of relevant tissue and the emergence of extra limbs; and the usage of pesticides and the environmentpollution by waste water, gas and residue result in the emergence of malformation and extra limbs. |
