| 摘 要： | 目前,我国产品质量、工程质量、服务质量总体水平还不是很高,与经济发达国家相比仍有较大差距。为赚取更多利润,不在技术上下功夫,却在产品质量上打折扣,给使用者以及整个市场不同程度的风险。本文从法律规制角度出发,力图探究对于产品缺陷所带来的质量风险的救济制度,而产品责任(侵权赔偿责任)正是特别针对产品缺陷的一种责任形式。

| Abstract: | At present,the level of product quality unsatisfied country society and resident development of need.Because of benefit drive,earn for saving cost more profit,NO Improving technology,but reduce product quality.The product sells with defect once on the marketplace,will be able to give a user and entire marketplace inevitable risk;The article makes aspect from law gauge studying,The searching relieves system to mass risk's brought about by product defect. |
