Importance should be attached to the Four Awarenesses,known as "Automatic Awareness,Affective Awareness,Awareness,and Probing Awareness," which is the precondition and basis of accomplishing study task in physical education.Automatic,cooperative,probing physical education teaching pattern,as a new teaching pattern,is one of the methods which are emphasized and advocated in Physical Education reform.It is now being widely used in physical education teaching practice and it can effectively resolve the conflicts confronted by physical education teachers.Therefore,the automatic,cooperative,probing physical education teaching pattern should be researched,used,and summarized in order to bring it into the fullest play.
