| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后,普通高校与重点高校一样都面临着高等教育国际化,培养走向世界的创新人才的使命。双语教学对创新人才的培养十分重要,而目前普通高校开展双语教学困难重重,但如果能够采取相应对策一定能走出困境。

| Abstract: | After China entered WTO, all universities in China are faced with the important task to globalize the tertiary education and to develop the innovative talent. Bilingual teaching is very important to the development of the innovative talent but currently it is very difficult for universities to carry out bilingual teaching. However, the difficulty will be surely eliminated if some countermeasures can be taken. |
