| 摘 要： | 研究生院的任务是培养有研究能力的高级专门人才,而教学工作是培养人才的最主要手段。这就要求研究生院把教学工作作为其中心工作,从思想上、行为上做到以教学工作为中心,和其他部处通力合作,为教学工作创造最优条件。
