| 摘 要： | 本主要探讨检察院对申诉抗诉案件收费与民事检察监督权之间的关系，以及收费对社会是否会产生不可低估的负面影响，认为收费与检察监督权异化并不存在必然的联系，也不会产生如有些学估计的负面影响，并在此基础上主张检察院办理申诉案件应合理地收取一定费用。

| Abstract: | An inquiry is made into the relation between collecting fees by procuratorate in cases of appeal and counter appeal and the procuratorial authority to supervise; and the influence on society, which must not be underestimated. In the author's opinion, neither there would be positive connection belween charge and heterization of procuratorial authority to supervise, nor there would exert negative influence as estimated by some scholars. Thus the author advocates that the procuratorate should reasonably collect fixed fees in running case of appeal. |
