基于XML的电子政务通用数据交换平台的实现

信息共享、互联互通已日益成为当前电子政务建设面，瞄的重大课题。电子政务的发展迫切需要解决新构建系统和原有系统之间不同格式的数据交换问题。XML在数据存储和交换方面具有的开放、可扩展、便于网络传输等特性，可以有效地解决Web数据问的共享和交换问题，而且可以屏蔽掉后台多种数据源的系统异构问题。采用中间件的方法可以构建一种基于XML的电子政务通用数据交换平台，以解决异构数据库系统之间的数据交换问题。

Realization of Common E-government Data Exchange Platform on the Basis of XML

Information share and mutual communication have been an important issue of present e-government.The development of e-government requires the immediate solution of different types of data exchange between thenew construct system and the original one.In data storage and exchange,XML has the features of opening,extending and convenience in network transfer,which can not only solve the problem of share and exchange amongweb data,but also avoid the heterogeneous structures of various data sources in the back end.Applying theapproach of middle ware can establish a common e-government data exchange platform on the basis of XML tobenefit the data exchange of heterogeneous database systems.
