| 摘 要： | 教练员和运动员之间有效的信息沟通能把内部的矛盾化整为零,把二者的关系调整到最佳状态。就此问题进行了研究,归纳总结了信息沟通的方式、步骤和技巧,为教练员提高自身水平和带队技巧,作一些参考。
