试论提高语文教学质量的关键因素

语文教学质量不高，已引起社会各阶层普遍的注意，为此，语文教育工作者们，进行了声势浩大的教学改革，但是改革进行了几十年，非但没有取得理想的成绩，甚至在一些方面出现了越改越糟的情况。究其原因是没有找到提高语文教学质量的关键因素。提高语文教学质量的关键因素是提高教师的水平。

A Trial Comment on the Key Factors to Improve the Teaching Quality of Chinese

The low quality of Chinese teaching has already caused the general attention of different levels of the society. For this reason, educators of Chinese have been carrying on the gigantic and vigorous reform in education, but despite the past decades of reform, we have obtained no ideal achievement. What is even worse, in some respects the more reforming, the worse situations. Obviously, the basic reason is that they have not found the key measure of improving the teaching quality of Chinese. As a matter of fact, the key measure of improving the teaching quality is to improve the level of teachers.
