| 摘 要： | 随着时间的变化和空间的转移，唐、北宋、辽时期，今河北对应区（包括北京市、天津市和河北省）所对应的政区发生了明显变化，主要表现在一级政区划分上。其中最显著的变化在于，河北地区由一个统一的国家内部的行政区划变为两个对峙政权的交界区域，并具有重要的军事意义。

| Abstract: | Along with historical change of the Tang, Northern Song, and Liao dynasties, a decisive change takes place of the corresponding administrative divisions in Hebei （Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province）. Instead of an administrative division within a unified country,it appears as an division with the border land of two confrontation regimes. |
