| 摘 要： | 本文以香港公开大学中国商法法律硕士网络课程为例，总结了其网络平台选择、课程团队建设、网络教学模式以及教学设计上的特点，并提出了其在建立创新教学中心、寻求资金帮助、开展前期调研和进行科学设计上对内地高等网络远程教育的发展的启示。

| Abstract: | The article takes the course Chinese Business Law of Hong Kong Open University(OUHK) as an example,and summaries the characters of its platform choosing,curriculum teamwork construction,e-learning mode and instructional design.Correspondingly,enlightenments to mainland higher online distance education are discussed such as developing a centre for innovation,seeking funds,launching preliminary investigation and conducting scientific design. |
