| 摘 要： | 随着社会压力的逐层迁移和众多因素的困扰,农村小学的中层教干这一群体正遭受着前所未有的压力,也产生了前所未有的职位倦怠。职位倦怠影响了学校工作的执行质量,更影响了师生的学习、生活质量。笔者结合工作实际积极探索解决策略,以期调动农村小学中层教干的工作积极性,从而推动农村教育的发展。

| Abstract: | With the gradual transfer of social pressure and many other perplexing factors, leaders of middle position in rural primary schools are now suffering incomparable stress, and also they are caught up in the unexampled burnout. , which has an effect on quality of school work, teaching and learning, and their lives. This essay, based on the practice, explores the corresponding solutions to promote the development of rural education. |
