浅析广东后发地区自主创新瓶颈与对策

广东后发地区推进自主创新的瓶颈，换句话说就是如何解决自主创新的前提条件。笔者认为自主创新的出发点和落脚点都和经济的发展息息相关，研究自主创新的前提条件应该和经济发展要素联系起来。把经济发展要素分为五部分，即技术、资本、人才、经济结构和政策，以此为框架对自主创新的前提条件进行研究，通过对广东后发地区五种经济要素的分析，找出自主创新的主要障碍，得出有效的解决办法，从而推动广东后发地区经济快速发展。

Analysis of the Bottleneck Preventing the Independent Innovation in the Late-Developing Regions of Guangdong and the Countermeasures

The bottleneck,which prevents the latedeveloping regions of Guangdong from innovating independently,is the problem to be solved first and most.The author believes that the starting point and the ending point of the independent innovation are closely related with economic development,so the study of the prerequisite of independent innovation should include the elements of economic development.The paper then conducts researches within the framework of the independent innovation prerequisite.Five components are integrated in the economic development: technology,capital,human resources,economic structure and policy.By analyzing the five elements of economy,the writer points out the main barrier to impel the fast development in the late-developing regions of Guangdong and puts forward the countermeasures to tackle this issue.
