| 摘 要： | 通过献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法就西安普通高校体育资源配置现状及影响因素进行研究。结果显示：西安市高校体育资源聚集了大量人力资源、科技信息、体育设施，是高校体育事业发展的重要物质基础；同时存在资源配置结构不合理、利用率低、投入渠道单一且量小、资源流通不畅、资源浪费等现象。

| Abstract: | University resource disposition in Xi'an and the influencing factors were analyzed through literature study,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical analysis. It was shown that there was abundant manpower,information of science and technology and sports facilities in institutes and universities of Xi'an,which became important foundation of the development of university sports. Meanwhile,the resource disposition was still not reasonable. The utility of the resources was low. The investing mode was simple and there was waste. |
