基于三角模糊数的员工绩效评估模型研究

摘    要:针对指标评价值以语言变量给出的员工绩效评估模型,提出了一种基于三角模糊数的多属性决策法.首先将语义变量转化为三角模糊数,然后利用三角模糊数降模糊法将决策矩阵转化为清晰数决策矩阵,并利用变异系数法确定评价指标的权重,最后通过计算综合绩效指标评价值对各员工的绩效进行评价.文末以一所大学行政人员的工作绩效评价为例说明本文所提出的方法的有效性和可行性.

Abstract:For the problem of employee performance evaluation model, in which the index evaluation values are linguistic variables, a multiple attribute decision making method is proposed based on triangular fuzzy numbers. First, the linguistic variables are transferred into triangular fuzzy numbers, and then use defused fuzzy method transformed the triangular fuzzy number decision matrix into a crisp number decision matrix. The variation coefficient method is used to determine the evaluation index weight, and finally by calculating the comprehensive performance evaluation index value for each employee performance evaluation. At the end of the paper to the administrative staff of a university job performance evaluation for the feasibility and effectiveness of the example shows the method proposed in this paper.
