| 摘 要： | 对当前高校国有民办二级学院学生的教育教学管理制度，各地都在进行探索。我们要从实际出发，为培养“厚基础，宽口径，强能力，高素质”人才而采取相关措施。在试运行取得成功的基础上，总结经验，使之成为制度化。

| Abstract: | The essay explores the system of education, teaching and management of the students in state - owned, local - people - run subsidiary colleges in colleges and universities. In order to develop the students into people with sound foundation, wide - range adaptability, great ability and high quality, we have, from the college's actual condition , taken some measures, which are under test and are to be systematized if succeeded in the test. |
