| 摘 要： | 本文以韩国国立釜山大学为例,简要介绍了釜山大学的发展历程,大学内部治理结构、职能分工与治理绩效。在此基础上总结出韩国国立釜山大学高校治理的主要特征,最后阐述了韩国国立釜山大学高校治理方式对我国高校治理改革的借鉴意义。
