文章通过调研,实证分析了广东省现有商品林经营管理政策不足,提出需完善森林产权制度,放宽森林采伐限额管理,完善森林资源评估体系,出台流转条例,促进林木、林地流转,为构建发达的林业产业体系提供政策参考.

Discussion on the Follow-up Policy of Commercial Forest Management in Guangdong Province

Based investigation data and analysis of the shortcomings of Guangdong Province's present Commercial Forest policy conditions,this paper suggests the following to provide reference for constructing developed industrialization system of forestry: clearing forestry ownership,the management of forestry limitation cut,building up the forestry evaluation system,and promulgating the circulation ordinance of forest and forest land.
