| 摘 要： | 对国内外不同学派的心理健康观以及相关研究进行理论分析,从积极心理学的角度提出了适合于不同文化背景的、评价大学生心理健康的6条基本标准,既自我接纳、积极的人际关系、自主性、环境控制与利用、生活目标和个体成长。 |

| Abstract: | Based on document research of the studies of mental health and its standards,makes an systemically analysis on various prior theories,from a positive perspective,proposed six essential criteria on the evaluation of mental health in college students,such as self-acceptation,positive interpersonal relationship,anatomy,environmental control and use,life goal and personal development.The results would enhance the education of psychological health in college students. |
