西南民族地区中学科技校本课程开发的影响因素研究

摘    要:对云、贵、川、渝58所民族地区中学,217名教师进行了问卷调查,结果表明,西南民族地区中学科技校本课程开发的影响因素是一个多方面的综合体,教师的认识、教师的能力、物质条件、学校领导的态度、评价方式都对其有影响,特别是教师能力因素和物质条件因素影响更为明显,而这5个方面的因素本身又存在一定的交互性,难以通过改善单一因素全面提升校本课程开发的质量,需要多点着力.

Abstract:The result based on the questionnaire through 217 teachers coming from 58 secondary schools in Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan and Chongqing minority regions showed that the influence factors of science and technology school-based curriculum development of secondary school are complex synthesis in Southwest minority regions.Teacher′s cognition,capability,material conditions,the attitude of school leadership,and evaluation method are all worked on,especially,the teacher′s capability and material conditions.However,the five aspects themselves are interacted.Improving only one factor is difficult to upgrade the overall quality except for all of them.
