| 摘 要： | 采用《中国大学生心理压力量表》调查了昆明四所高校的1 850名大学生的心理压力状况,研究表明：大学生主要的压力源来自家庭以及负性事件和重大生活事件;女大学生所承受的生活压力强于男大学生;少数民族学生在学习、生活以及社交上所承受心理压力均大于汉族学生;文体艺术类大学生在学习、生活、发展、社交以及家庭中所承受的心理压力均最大。

| Abstract: | Using ＂the Chinese College Student Psychological Stress Scale＂ to investigate 1 850 college students from four colleges in Kunming.The result showed that the college students′ stress mainly comes from the family,negative events and important events in their life.The female students experienced stronger stress than the male students;The national minority students experienced more stress than the Han nationality students in study,life and communication.Literary and artist students experienced stronger stress in study,life,development,public relations as well as families. |
