| 摘 要： | 近代商人活动范围的扩大、经济的发展与政府的鼓励,促成商会这一工商经济组织的出现并不断壮大;近代工商企业性质的变化,尤其是以资本主义生产方式为特点的实业活动,成为科学的应用过程。实业与科学及传播科学知识和培养科技人才的教育发生关系,随着时间的推移,这种关系愈加密切;在教育难以适应经济发展需求的情况下,作为工商枢纽的商会为谋求经济与教育之间互动而积极努力。
