摘    要:处于社会转型时期的城市中学生,面临着复杂的文化生态环境和多元文化价值选择的冲突。对当前海口市中学生的师生关系现状进行研究,结果发现:尽管中学师生关系总体呈现良性发展状态,但有1/3的学生认为学校生活乏味,有近1/3的学生与老师发生过冲突;办学综合条件较差、师资力量较弱的学校,其师生冲突高于办学条件好的学校。其原因是:学校管理对学生缺乏吸引力;教师与学生的价值选择相悖;教师对学生的评价过于功利化。

Abstract:The high school students are often confronted with alternatives of complicated cultural ecological environments and multi-cultural values at the social transformations.The writer performs an investigation by a questionnaire and interviews over the high school students and teachers in Haikou.The result shows that one third of the students believe that the life in schools is monotonous,another one third having had confrontations once with teachers,and clashes occur more in poorer schools than in better schools.It is concluded thatthe clashes are mainly due to the unattractive management in schools,different alternatives of values of students and teachers,and utilitarianism in evaluations of the students.
