摘    要:顶岗实习是高师院校一种新的教育实习模式,是探索教师教育改革,促进教师专业发展,支援社会主义新农村建设的有效途径。以河北师范大学顶岗实习为例,采取对实施现状问卷调查方式,发现目前实习中存在的突出问题,并提出改革的几点设想。

Abstract:The in-post teaching practice that Hebei Normal University is currently carrying on is regarded as a new model of teaching practice in the process of which the teaching cause is consolidated,rural education enhanced,and educational reforms vindicated in teacher universities.This paper shows an investigation done by statistics,and puts forward certain proposals.
