网络拼车成功的因素分析

摘    要:针对影响互联网拼车的因素,选择某拼车网站为数据来源,采用回归分析和试验设计(Design of Experiment,DOE)方法,分析影响网上拼车行为的因素及其对实际拼车成功和拼车申请人数的影响强度.结果表明,拼车信息回复数和点击数对拼车成功率有正面影响;对于拼车网站而言,可以采取适当的鼓励措施提高点击数和回复数,从而增强网站活跃度;从社会整体而言,提高拼车参与率更需要有相关政策的支持.

Abstract:In consideration of the factors which influence Internet carpool, a carpool website is selected as data source, and regression analysis and Design of Experiment (DOE) are used to analyze the factors which influence carpooling behavior on the Internet and the impact strength of the factors influencing the actual carpool success and the number of carpool applicants. The results show that the number of carpool replies and clicks has positive impact on the success rate of carpooling. As for the carpool website, appropriate measures should be adopted to motivate the number of replies and clicks, thus to enhance the website activeness. From the perspective of society, higher involvement of carpool needs more government policy support.
